We would like to express our sorrow at the sudden death on Friday 14 June of artist Monica Ross with whom Beaconsfield was privileged to work on a number of occasions over the past 20 years.
Monica was an artist for whom the personal was political and her final, major project Act of Memory has had repercussions around the world – raising greater consciousness amongst the public about their rights and responsibilities, as internationally agreed and laid out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1947.
Our deepest sympathies lie with Monica’s family.
